Salary: $19.00 to $19.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Elderly, females, males, and persons with a disability
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

- The candidates should prioritize punctuality, consistently meeting work schedules and deadlines, and prioritize client focus, ensuring positive interactions and client satisfaction
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, consistently fulfilling assigned tasks and responsibilities, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work demands
- The candidates should show initiative in taking proactive steps to contribute to the team’s success and exercise good judgment in decision-making processes
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently and exhibit reliability in consistently meeting commitments and expectations
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide companionship, and provide personal care
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
