Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Relocation costs covered by employer
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be non-smoking
- The candidate should do setting and repetitive tasks
- The candidate should uplift weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to administer bedside and personal care, including assisting clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and assist in regular exercise such as walking
- The candidate should be able to administer medications, assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder, and feed or assist in feeding clients
- The candidate should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidate should be able to provide companionship, provide personal care, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
