Salary: $17.50 hourly for 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: Thornhill, ON
Shifts: Day and Evening
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment and work in employer’s/client’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to administer bedside and personal care, assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, provide companionship and also provide personal care
- The candidate should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies and also prepare and serve nutritious meals
