Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks
- The candidates should be proficient in performing repetitive tasks efficiently and able to handle weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs) safely and effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks, schedules, and decision-making
- The candidates should maintain organization in their work habits and be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer medications and assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder
- The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene and provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to feed or assist in feeding and launder clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
