Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be client-focused, dependable, possess efficient interpersonal skills, be flexible and organized, reliable, and team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures
  • The candidates should be able to manage room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and offer guidance on local points of interest
  • The candidates should be able to handle currency exchange, process guest departures, and balance cash transactions
  • The candidates should be able to maintain inventory records, follow emergency procedures, and perform clerical duties
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, assist guests with special needs, and ensure light housekeeping tasks are completed
