Salary: $16.74 hourly for 32 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 10520 100 St, Westlock, AB T7P 2C6, Canada
Shifts: Day, Weekend
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of standing for extended periods while maintaining productivity and focus
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, assist clients/guests with special needs, and attend to group arrivals and departures
- They should be able to escort incoming guests to their rooms, maintain the luggage storage area, and provide information regarding the features of rooms, services of the hotel, and points of interest
- The candidates should be able to receive and deliver items and messages for guests, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience during their stay
