Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience , as we will train you on the job
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to follow instruction
- The candidates should be detail-oriented
- The candidates should be 100% guest service-oriented, have excellent people skills with a positive and upbeat personality
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have no education or experience required, as we will train you on the job
- The candidates should have time-management skills
- The candidates should be adaptable to change and be able to work on multiple priorities
- The candidates should be eager and focused on exceeding guest expectations
- The candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain guest units while keeping up with standards set by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- The candidates should be able to stock and organize storage rooms
- The candidates should be able to understand how everything operates in guest rooms (fireplace, windows, etc.)
- The candidates should be able to fulfill tasks in a time-sensitive manner
- The candidates should be able to follow all Health & Safety protocols and procedures
- The candidates should be able to assist guests with all questions and requests
