Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in working in an employer’s/client’s home and open to utilizing staff accommodation available
- The candidates should be willing to reside in staff accommodation provided, and be aware that relocation costs will be covered by the employer
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a private residence
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be characterized by a high level of reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock the linen closet
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers
