Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Panjabi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions as required by the job, be comfortable with various odors that may be present in the work environment, and be willing to work outdoors if necessary for the position
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, be prepared for repetitive tasks as part of their job responsibilities, and be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, be able to stand for extended periods during the workday, and be capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads as needed for the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
- The candidates should show initiative in taking on tasks and finding solutions independently
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff, coordinate work activities with other departments, and establish work schedules
- The candidates should inspect sites for safety and cleanliness, prepare budgets, maintain financial records, and recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
- The candidates should receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing duties
