Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to plan and control the budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage contracts, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the development of communication strategies, the preparation of reports, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants, negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
