Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Labour relations and human resources
Specialization or experience: Employee engagement
Specialization/experience (business sales and services): Negotiation
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Windows
Credentials: Professional development program in personnel administration

- The candidate should exhibit excellent oral communication, be flexible, and exercise good judgement
- The candidate should be organized, demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, and uphold strong values and ethics
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals, plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and handle staff recruitment and selection
- The candidates should be able to motivate staff and provide customer service
