Shifts: Day, Evening, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in performing tasks, ensuring precision in their work, and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills in various professional situations and showcase excellent written communication skills for clear and effective correspondence
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements and priorities while being organized in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, recruit graduates from educational institutions, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, and notify applicants of the results of the selection process
  • The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, recruit and hire staff, and determine eligibility for entitlements while arranging staff training
  • The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
  • The candidates should be able to provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs, and coordinate the termination of the employment process
  • The candidates should be able to prepare job offers and ensure precision in the employment process
