Salary: $70,000 per year+10% commission per piece for 40 hours per week, Minimum wage is guaranteed

Shifts: Day, Morning
Work Setting: Private company, corporation or industry, Private practice
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 2-3 years
Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: Membership in a provincial or territorial law society

- The candidate should be able to draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion
- The candidate should be able to supervise professional, para-legal and support staff and articling students
- The candidate should be able to research legal precedents and gather evidence
