Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a DEC in mechanical engineering
Experience: Candidates should have more than 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have the ability to work alone or in a team, demonstrate precision and attention to quality
Other Requirements:
The candidate should demonstrate good communication skills, knowledge of the functionalities of the SAP Maintenance system (or another maintenance management system)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of various equipment in accordance with the established schedule
- The candidates should be able to respond promptly to emergency calls to ensure equipment availability for production
- The candidates should be able to participate in improvement activities to increase the reliability and availability of equipment
- The candidates should be able to share expertise with operators by providing support, training, and coaching
- The candidates should be able to contribute to identifying optimization solutions and initiatives to enhance line performance
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve maintenance and production goals
