Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experienced in working from a desktop computer and navigating web-based platforms
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in providing excellent customer service
- The candidates should possess the ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
- The candidates should have a desire to learn our systems and processes
- The candidates must have a level 1 general insurance license or be willing to obtain one
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required
- The candidates should be able to promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
- The candidates should be able to navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
- The candidates should be able to quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients
- The candidates should be able to communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
