Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Computer, Internet access, and Cellular phone
Credentials: Provincial or territorial licence
Security and safety: Bondable, Driving record check (abstract), Credit check, and Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of working under tight deadlines and possess strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, exhibiting excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • The candidates should display flexibility in adapting to changing situations and exercise good judgment in decision-making processes, while being organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines, and be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed, establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and establish the method of payment, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features, and sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance
