Second Ave Convenience is a local convenience store offering a range of everyday essentials and snacks to the community. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
The candidates should be client-focused, organized and reliability
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to complete sales transactions and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to perform routine clerical duties and pick up and deliver materials
- The candidates should be able to calculate costs of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
- The candidates should be able to complete and process international purchase orders and process purchases
- The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records, and resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers
- The candidates should be able to review requisition orders for accuracy and set up and maintain an inventory control system
- The candidates should be able to verify stock availability from current inventories and compile inventory reports
- The candidates should be able to conduct quality control and maintain stock rotation
