Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually (To be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, own transportation, and own vehicle
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Interior design (general), architectural design, kitchen, residential, and construction
Computer and technology knowledge: 20/20 design, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, particularly in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a client-focused approach to ensure client needs are met
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- The candidates should show initiative in taking on tasks, solving problems, and be organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively while collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare detailed specifications and work with other disciplines, including reading blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- The candidates should be able to advise on the selection of colors, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, considering ergonomic and occupational health standards, and consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space
- The candidates should be able to develop detailed plans, 3-D models, elevations, cross-sections, and drawings showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and fixtures
