Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Lake Louise, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available and Travel expenses not paid by employer
Work setting: Remote location, staff accommodation provided, relocation costs not covered by employer, and willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, Deep fryer and Grill
Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, maintaining attention to detail and precision
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, as required by the job
- The candidates should be able to lift weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as part of the job requirements
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with team members and clients
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently delivering on commitments and tasks
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration and positive interactions within the team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place dishes in the storage area
- The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans, and portion and wrap foods
- The candidates should be able to prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and remove kitchen garbage and trash
- The candidates should be able to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
