Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Electronic cash register and Grill
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, waste disposal units, and scour pots and pans
- The candidates should be able to load buspans and trays, operate dishwashers, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- The candidates should be able to replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods
- The candidates should be able to prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
