Salary: $15.00 to $16.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Relocation costs not covered by employer, and Willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities amidst dynamic conditions
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods as required by the nature of the role
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity during demanding situations
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their duties

Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to carry and replace linen, load buspans and trays, and package take-out food
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place dishes in the storage area
- The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, portion and wrap foods, and stock refrigerators and salad bars
- The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
