Salary: $16.55 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Sarnia, ON
Shifts: 08:00 to 16:30
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract) and Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with odors and be comfortable working in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to tolerate and work in hot conditions and in noisy environments. They should also be comfortable working at heights
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and be physically capable of performing demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate hand-eye coordination skills
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and be able to manage a large workload
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and be capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and timely attendance and be dependable in completing assigned tasks
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various work requirements and be reliable in completing assigned tasks
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration within the organization
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
