Salary: $15.50 hourly for 40 to 50 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend and Overtime
Work setting: Rural area
Work site environment: Candidates should work in outdoors, wet/damp, dusty and hot place
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation required
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Type of industry experience: Tobacco
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work overtime, under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail, handle heavy loads, sit, walk and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong and also a combination of sitting, standing, walking
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be a team player
- The candidate should have experience of equipment and machinery like Farm truck, Tractor and also Lift Truck
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and also harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
