Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Vehicle and equipment experience: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as required by the job and willing to work at heights if necessary for the position
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments as part of their job duties and be capable of working in cold or refrigerated environments as needed, lifting weights of more than 45 kg (100 lbs) and handling heavy loads as part of their job responsibilities
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role and prepared for a large workload, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate adaptability, easily adjusting to new situations and tasks, and exhibit efficiency in completing tasks and achieving objectives promptly
- The candidates should display high energy levels and enthusiasm for their work, be hardworking, consistently putting forth effort and dedication to accomplish tasks, and be quick learners, able to grasp new concepts and skills rapidly
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, reliably fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, be reliable, consistently delivering high-quality work, and be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to build pallets
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- The candidates should be able to wrap goods
- The candidates should be able to sort, crate, and stack goods
- The candidates should be able to install, lash, and secure goods
- The candidates should be able to store cargo and materials
- The candidates should be able to clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work
