Green Image Lawn and Garden Ltd. offers a comprehensive range of services, including lawn care, garden design and installation, irrigation system installation and maintenance, tree and shrub care, seasonal clean-ups, and more. Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Victoria, BC
Shifts: Day
Work setting: Farm
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Landscaping experience: Commercial and/or industrial construction, Park and recreation sites, Residential projects
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, and reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
- The candidates should be able to plant and move trees
