Our family-owned landscaping business’s mission is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the service you receive. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. Work Setting: Relocation costs are not covered by employer and construction can be commercial and/or industrial
Work Site Environment: Candidates should work in outdoors and hot place
Own Tools/Equipment: Candidates should have steel-toed safety boots
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 5 years or more
Physical Requirements:

- The candidate should have experience of chain saw, pick-up truck, small engine equipment, sod cutter, tractor, welding and snow removal
- The candidate should be able to supervise 3-4 people, contractors and staff in various areas of responsibility
- The candidate should be able to operate backhoe excavator, loader
- The candidate should have specialization on landscape construction and residential
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
- The candidate should be able to plan and estimate labour and materials
- The candidate should be able to organize and direct construction of fences, decks and walls
- The candidate should be able to plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
- The candidate should be able to maintain work records and logs
- The candidate should be able to read blueprints and drawings
- The candidate should be able to establish work schedules and procedures
- The candidate should be able to repair and maintain equipment
- The candidate should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- The candidate should be able to resolve work related problems
- The candidate should be able to train, direct and motivate staff
- The candidate should be able to train and supervise staff
