Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation, Own vehicle
Supervision: 1 to 4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Interior landscaping, Lawn care, Tree service, Grounds maintenance, Garden centre
Equipment and machinery experience: Chain saw, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment, Tractor, Tractor mower
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves and Safety vest
Security and safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Driver’s validity licence check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and at heights, thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and paying attention to detail in their tasks, accustomed to standing for extended periods, and performing bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload efficiently, ensuring precision in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, ensuring their work aligns with client needs and expectations, and possess excellent oral communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members
- The candidates should demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making processes and be team players, actively collaborating with colleagues to achieve common objectives
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and tasks as required, to contribute positively to team dynamics
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
