Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Lawn care and landscape construction

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads as part of their responsibilities
  • The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of the job
  • The candidates should exhibit a high level of attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and direct grounds maintenance, organize and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, and plan and estimate labor and materials
  • The candidates should be able to organize and direct the construction of fences, decks, and walls, plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, and maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, repair and maintain equipment, and resolve work-related problems
