Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Office
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
  • The candidates should be skilled at meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be known for their attention to detail
  • The candidates should be experienced in managing a large caseload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be known for their accuracy in tasks and responsibilities and possess a strong client focus in their approach
  • The candidates should be characterized by their dependability in handling responsibilities and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication abilities and showcase excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should be highly organized in their work approach and be recognized for their reliability in completing tasks
  • The candidates should be effective team players and have the ability to multitask efficiently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a filing system, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to train and supervise staff, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks
