Work setting: Remote location, Willing to relocate, Hotel, motel, resort
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, physically fit to meet physically demanding requirements and strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, demonstrate initiative, reliable, and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries and stock the linen closet
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances and to wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items handle and report lost and found items
- The candidates should be able to clean changing rooms and showers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties and pick up debris and empty trash containers
