Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads, physically fit to meet demanding tasks, and capable of standing for extended periods
- The candidates should possess a strong attention to detail, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be energetic and hardworking, quick learners, and demonstrate effective time management skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their work approach, be highly organized, and effective team players
- The candidates should be accurate in their tasks and have the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate a cash register, computerized inventory record-keeping, and re-ordering systems
- The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise and assist in the display of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to greet customers, discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease, and maintain sales records for inventory control
- The candidates should be able to prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, and accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment, providing customer service
