Salary: $23.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: Langley, BC
Work setting: Own home and Room and board provided
Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding and attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be proactive, organized, reliable, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, performing light housekeeping, and accompanying the family on trips to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to be capable of caring for infants and children by washing, ironing, and pressing clothing, as well as bathing, dressing, feeding, and disciplining them as per parental instructions
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene, organize activities, maintain records of daily activities and health information, and ensure a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to prepare nutritious meals, supervise rest periods, transport children to and from school and appointments, and attend to their emotional well-being
