Salary: $20.00 hourly 30 to 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Rockland, ON
Shifts: Day, Night, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Room and board provided, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Filipino
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Credentials: Health Care Aide Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
- The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability in completing tasks
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility and show initiative in problem-solving
- The candidates should be organized in their work approach
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, assist in regular exercise, e.g., walking, and launder clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide companionship, and provide personal care
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
