Salary: $20.00 hourly for 32 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Room and board provided, work in employer’s/client’s home, and relocation costs covered by employer
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and demonstrate dependability
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and exhibit flexibility in their approach
- The candidates should show initiative in their tasks, exercise good judgment, and be highly organized
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, administer medications, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, such as walking, and assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide companionship, and offer personal care
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals
