Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach and show initiative in their work, demonstrating good judgment
- The candidates should maintain organization in their work and be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers, wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- The candidates should be capable of advertising vacancies, contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance, performing minor repairs on appliances, and conducting safety and security checks
- The candidates should be proficient in showing apartments and offices to prospective tenants, performing routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidates should possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
