Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and Vietnamese Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 Years experience in with equipment and machinery such as feeding and watering systems, tractors, and farm trucks
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and attention to detail is crucial
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of the job
- The candidates should be comfortable standing and walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required by the job duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a rural area
- The candidates should specialize in beef cattle or related livestock management
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage feed inventory to ensure adequate supplies for livestock.
- The candidates should be able to handle animals with care and attention
- The candidates should be able to monitor animal health and promptly address any concerns or issues
- The candidates should be able to feed and tend to animals according to established schedules and dietary requirements
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment necessary for daily operations
- The candidates should be able to recognize and treat certain livestock health problems under supervision or guidance
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for the animals
- The candidates should be able to maintain accurate work records and logs of daily activities
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties as required to support overall farm operations
