Salary: $29.00 to $31.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Abbotsford, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be open to working overtime when required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, with a strong focus on clients and excellent oral and written communication skills. They should demonstrate flexibility and organizational abilities, be effective team players, show initiative, and maintain reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  • The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to receive requests for emergency assistance or service
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • The candidates should be able to schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • The candidates should be able to keep track of shipments
  • The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders
