Bajwa Hauling Inc is a trucking company that specialises in Refrigerated products and Reefer Trailers. We are known to provide transportation services for all types of goods. We are a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company running freight hauling business from Brampton, Ontario. Bajwa, Inc. We are known to transport all types of goods, harmful goods, goods requiring specific temperature and specific storing conditions. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to 1 year
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Candidates need driver’s License (Class 1 or A)
Documentation Knowledge: Accident or incident reports, Trip reports, Maintenance and repair reports, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Dangerous goods occurrence reports, Driver logbook and Bill of lading
Communication Systems Experience: Candidate need communication systems experience to operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Security and Safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Medical exam, Drug test, Criminal record check, Valid passport
Type of Trucking and Equipment: Tractor-trailer, Straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles), Flatbed, Tractor-trailer A train, Refrigerated
Transportation/Travel Experience: Regional, International, Provincial/territorial, Short-haul, Long-haul

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to transport and handle dangerous goods
- The candidate should be able to perform preventive maintenance
- The candidate should be able to perform emergency roadside repairs
- The candidate should be able to perform brake adjustments
- The candidate should be able to load and unload goods
- The candidate should be able to drive lighter, special purpose trucks
- The candidate should be able to receive and relay information to central dispatch
- The candidate should be able to operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- The candidate should be able to tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo
- The candidate should be able to drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
- The candidate should be able to oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- The candidate should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- The candidate should be able to obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
- The candidate should be able to record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- The candidate should be able to perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
