Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should hold a high school diploma or an equivalence or a comparative study issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion (mandatory)
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be legally authorized to work in Canada
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate automated production lines, including robotics
- The candidates should be able to carry out various activities related to cheese production or conditioning and packaging activities
- The candidates should be able to ensure the maintenance and sanitation of equipment and the working environment
- The candidates should be able to participate in different improvement committees in the departments, including problem-solving
- The candidates should be able to actively participate in departmental performance meetings
- The candidates should be able to respect and apply all factory policies and procedures HACCP, Health and Safety
- The candidates should be able to receive multiple training and expertise associated with major health and safety programs: Padlocking, Confined Space, working at height, and hot work
- The candidates should be able to qualify for several operator and team leader positions in different departments
