Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have graduate of College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations and determine the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
