Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Spreadsheet

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as conduct performance reviews and cost products and services
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues while modifying procedures and prices
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and set staff work schedules while monitoring staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
