Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, 3+ years of software development experience
  • The candidate should have 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
  • The candidate should have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • The candidate should have 8+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
  • The candidate should have experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • The candidate should have experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
