Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 30 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Rural area and Willing to relocate
Budgetary responsibility: $0 – $100,000
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Production machinery, Mechanical cultivator, Agriculture production machineries
Security and safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Criminal record check, Drug test
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors on a farm, even in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize accuracy in their work and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate good judgment and be organized
- The candidates should exhibit reliability and be team players who uphold values and ethics
Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be proficient in hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff
- The candidates should be capable of advising senior management
- The candidates should recommend operational changes to ensure production quotas and procedures are met
- The candidates should evaluate the efficiency of production sites, including personnel, equipment, and technologies
- The candidates should determine the adequacy of personnel, equipment, and technologies used in operations
- The candidates should establish work schedules
- The candidates should plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- The candidates should confer with other managers to set production quotas and plan extraction sites
- The candidates should ensure adherence to safety regulations
- The candidates should prepare production reports
