Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have education or experience in Occupational Health Nursing, which would be an asset
Experience: Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in relevant field

  • The candidates should be highly organized and able to succeed in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • The candidates should be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to use their experiences as a Registered Nurse to build and maintain site Health Systems capability through continual assessment of business needs and the use of the Health Systems Key Elements audit tool and process to ensure delivery of quality care and services
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with site leadership and key partners (HS&E, Risk, Fire Chief, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure appropriate site occupational and wellbeing programs are in place to align with business objectives, mitigate risks, and preserve and promote employee wellbeing
  • The candidates should be able to ensure all programs are compliant with country-related laws, as well as P&G medical testing requirements and governance
