Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be accustomed to performing repetitive tasks, showcasing their ability to maintain consistency in various activities
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination, ensuring precision in their work
- The candidates should have a keen attention to detail, emphasizing the importance of accuracy in their tasks
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency in dynamic work settings
- The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads, demonstrating physical capability for demanding tasks
- The candidates should have experience with weight handling, up to 9 kg (20 lbs), up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and up to 23 kg (50 lbs), indicating their versatility in managing different weight categories
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate food safety/handling skills, adhering to hygiene and safety standards in food-related tasks
- The candidates should be able to manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, following established packaging procedures and ensuring compliance
- The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects, actively contributing to maintaining the quality of the final products
