Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Credentials: Certification by a provincial or territorial association
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, dependable, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have interpersonal awareness, excellent oral communication, ability to multitask, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate X-ray, radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, computerized tomography (CT) scanners, mammography units and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners
- The candidates should be able to operate radiation therapy equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- The candidates should be able to record and process results of procedures, provide appropriate care and monitoring of the patient during the examination
- The candidates should be able to apply radiation protection measures, perform basic verification and quality control checks on radiographic and film processing equipment
- The candidates should be able to explain procedures and side effects of radiation, record and process patient data
- The candidates should be able to explain procedures, position patient and equipment and apply radiation protection measures
