Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Maintenance, service, repair, overhaul, and machine set-up
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be capable of handling dusty conditions as needed for the job
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs) as required for the job
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding position
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in tasks and assignments
- The candidates should be proficient in tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as needed
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should excel in oral communication, effectively conveying ideas and information
- The candidates should be a team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective machinery parts
- The candidates should be able to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- The candidates should be able to install machinery and equipment
