Tesla is well-known as an electric vehicle manufacturer and clean energy company led by billionaire Elon Musk. Our company is the biggest seller of plug-in electric vehicles. Our car model 3 sedan, which debuted in 2017, is the world’s all-time bestselling plug-in EV. In 2021, our best model sold more than 800,000 cars. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience operating a tow and trailer

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in the most progressive vehicle brands in the world
  • The candidate should not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service
  • The candidate must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada and an acceptable and safe driving record and also have knowledge of methods and techniques in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • The candidate should have understanding and training on mounting and balancing tires and tire repair and also have trade school training/ ASE’s a plus
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions and also have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public and multiple internal stakeholders
  • The candidate should have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and a dynamic work environment and also must be willing to become DOT certified
  • The candidate must be comfortable with daily regional travel and operating a large service vehicle and also must display a sense of urgency when responding to customer Roadside Assistance needs
  • The candidate should have excellent customer service and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to provide a significant amount of customer interaction
  • The candidate should be able to perform apprentice level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles and also operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • The candidate should be able to perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications and also maintain records of time, expenses and materials
  • The candidate should be able to perform other related duties as assigned and also help maintain cleanliness of vehicles
  • The candidate should be able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines and also support other Mobile Service technicians and Tesla Service Centers as needed
  • The candidate should be able to travel daily within the region directed by Mobile Tire Dispatch team
