Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have strong skills in editing or motion graphics software, such as Adobe Creative Suite Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, or Avid
  • The candidates should have on-set experience with strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment and strong writing and editing skills
  • The candidates should have experience with art production or graphic design and relevant or equivalent experience


  • The candidates should be able to create unique external and internal digital content to support talent attraction and bring TD’s Colleague Promise to life. This could include social content, newsletters, web and print banners, videos, static imagery, invites, and other program initiatives across the team
  • The candidates should be able to support the growth of the TD LinkedIn and TDCareers social channels through regular content creation
  • The candidates should be able to support concept brainstorming and script development to tell the stories of our colleagues
  • The candidates should be able to lead photo and video shoots lighting, camera and sound while providing a positive and comfortable experience for our colleagues
  • The candidates should be able to edit photos and videos to develop content that will make an impact
