Work setting: Employer’s home and Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers, adhering to a non-smoking policy within the workplace
- The candidates should be individuals capable of handling physically demanding tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be individuals with excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas
- The candidates should be flexible, adapting readily to changing circumstances and requirements
- The candidates should possess good judgment, making sound decisions based on critical analysis and evaluation
- The candidates should be organized, maintaining a systematic and structured approach to their work responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently delivering high-quality work and meeting expectation
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, as well as bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, prepare infants and children for rest periods, sterilize bottles, prepare formulas, and change diapers for infants
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, tending to their emotional well-being
